Competitor Info
Route: The race will consist of two loops on rural roads plus one shorter loop around Stanborough Lake. Please note that the roads will not be closed to traffic, so please take caution and listen to the instruction of the marshals. Failure to do so may result in a disqualification.

There will be two water stations. The first, you will pass twice; between kilometres 3-4 and kilometres 7-8. The other will be at the finish line. Markers every kilometer, will be provided along the route.

Please wear your number pinned to the front of your vest or number belt.
Parking and Transport
A pay and display car park is available at Stanborough Lakes.
Changing & Baggage Storage
Come changed and ready to run if possible. There will be supervised storage for bags and belongings but please leave valuables at home as ATW WILL NOT be responsible for lost property.
Toilets
Toilets will be provided for the event.
Time Limit
The Love Welwyn GC 10K has a maximum time restriction of 120 minutes. After which there may not be marshals and time keepers available.
Refunds: No refund will be made to any entrant who fails to complete the race. No transfer of race numbers to another person is allowed.
